As we are in the Agricultural Overlay District (AOD) for Thurston County, we are permitted to host a number of events with a number of guests and also required to look after requirements and be good country neighbors. Quiet time is at 10:00pm, which is when amplified music (indoors or out) must be out, though guests who are staying with us are encouraged to hang out in the barn. We’ve found that having an insured and trusted, experienced day-of-coordinator and/or planner can take a lot of stress off the couple and will be the communicator with us before and during your special day(s) to ensure it is memorable and no-worry enjoyable for you and your guests.
Yes! We offer private camping or glamping spots for the wedding party or guests who want to stay overnight, along with access to farm amenities like the sauna.
Yes! Our venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. You can host your ceremony in the barn, adjacent to barn in rented tent, bamboo forest or other nearby spaces - and have the reception either indoors or outdoors under the stars.
We offer flexibility in choosing your vendors! You’re welcome to bring your own, or if you prefer, we have a list of trusted local vendors for catering, photography, florals, and more.
We have you covered! In the event of rain or inclement weather, we can move your event indoors to our barn or consider a large rented catering tent with endless views of the forests and sky.
Our two-story historic barn can comfortably accommodate 100-150 guests. For outdoor ceremonies and receptions, we can also host the same number across our scenic farm spaces. We have parking for about 50 vehicles and room for a few large RVs or food trucks.
