I’m excited (and honestly, a little emotional) to share that my latest children’s book, Billy the Baaad Goat: The Vivid Voyage Home, is officially out in the wild! This one’s been a joy to create. It’s colorful, it’s a little wild, and it’s packed with heart. In true Billy fashion, it’s got plenty of adventure and a few unexpected life lessons wrapped into the ride.

This time around, Billy and the gang are exploring the deep sea aboard the Green Submarine—until things start to go a little sideways. The sub begins to sink, and they’ve got to work together, think fast, and meet some fascinating underwater friends along the way. It’s a story about teamwork, facing fear, sticking up for others, and finding your way back when things don’t go according to plan.

Like all of my Billy books, this one is written in rhyme and designed to be fun to read aloud (especially with your best animal imitations). If you’re a parent, teacher, or just someone who loves a good story with heart, I think you’ll really enjoy it.
